5 minutes on foot from the bus stop. Brilliant food in the restaurants such as La Bodega, located 15 min away. Late check-out.

The staff were friendly, the water slides were a great pleasure. The whole pool area was neat, clean and beautiful. Up to the beach one had comfortably walked in 15 minutes.
The beds slide apart, which makes it impossible for a couple to cuddle at night. A lot of plastic rubbish in the buffet area and at the bars. There was no soap or shampoo in the rooms.
-
It was very clean. Nice staff. Lovely rooms.
In the buffet, the food was sometimes too cold. Too bad. Otherwise, it was very generous.

I have been to this complex 3 times now and really enjoy each visit, kids can play safely all day with loads of different activities, the Complex has everything you will want on a holiday all within its own walls.
Only down side I can point out is the rooms where on the small side for a family of 3, however they have been well maintained & cleaned.
-
great facilitys for the kids the pool is brilliant a lovely safe enviroment for the family to stay.
the boogie train needs to be on later and the driver should learn a bit of manners.
-
Only one good thing-it's the pool for children with presence of hills and entertainments.
No AirConditioners, Too many people. Distance to the beach and civilization about 20 min by foot. Very dirty everywhere - in the rooms, in the pools. In this region car rent very expensive (two prices)

having been there 4 years ago, i enjoyed it immensely, with two of my young grandchildren, allways wanted to return at somestage,it is an excellant place for young children especially under tens...rooms were fine..
since being there 4 years ago, i took five of my grandchildren this time, no complaint over the pool or the resort itself, but the facilities were closed comming to the end of the season, but they do not advertise that fact wich does not give a choice, especially if you wish to eat at the hotel,as there is only the main dining room open, and the food is awful, bland and warm ,i also found the entertainment wasnt as it used to be,as the shows there were excellant, but not now,,no finance from hi hotels..i feel all facilities should be kept right until the end of the season,.or at least inform its guests of this before they book, as its we as consumers should be given an informed choice.

The slides in the pool for the kids
Restaurant not big enough always queues

I thought the rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly to a point.
I did not like the fact that if you wanted a sunbed at the pool with a parasol, you had to be down before 7,30am and lay your towels out. My husband went down at 8m and could not get a bed with a parasol and as my daughter has eczyma this did not suit us at all. The reception staff staff said that they could not do anything about it and although there where notices up telling guests not to reserve beds they could not remove any towels from beds although there was no one there. Most of the guests who had reserved beds before 8am did not show up until lunchtime. As we needed a parasol we usually ended up at the beach where we had to pay for sunbeds and parasols and although we would have gone to the beach on some occasions we did not plan on having to pay everyday for sunbeds and parasols.

Food was quite good.
If you like Butlins with sun. This is for you. If you like masses of people swarmed around a pool fighting for a sun bed, this is for you.

I would rate this "hotel" no stars. We had booket a 3 room apartment (2 adults, 3 children), and were shocked at the low standard upon arrival in july 2011. We left after one night! Arriving at midnight, the place was extremely hot, busy, with loud music and a shoe going on, and noisy people in the narrow streets between the rows of houses. It gave an extremely shabby & dirty impression. The room had no a/c, no fans, no tv. We were given the impression that it did through Booked.net. Also the living area was unpleasant, small and worn with a shabby sofa (where one person was supposed to sleep!?). Renting fans and tv cost outrageous Eur 18 and Eur 28 per night! On the "patio" there were shabby chairs, but no privacy from the main path where people swarmed by. We never tried the pool area, but it looked overcrowded and old fashioned, with 1/2 meter edge to be climbed to reach the water. Is it safe for kids? It took a great deal of effort to cancel our stay - which we gladly did wihout any plan B. Instead of this place, I recommend renting any privately owned flat in any resort om Mallorca. We did, we saw many wonderful places and had a great time. And saved 600 Eur!!

Very very brittish..we were the only Scandinavians in the hotel.
-
Staff is friendly and helpful. We can't complain about variety or quantity of food. Shops in the hotel are open till 10 or 11 pm
-
The staff was great, and we liked the pool. There was a lot of children with parents so we recommend it to young families, but not to much for romantic trip or honeymoon.

Beautiful Complex, very Nice.
Loud show in the Evening, drunk British guys.
